Introduction

When Jay Kelly is honoured with a lifetime achievement award, he sets off on a trip across Europe with his ‘team’, including his beloved, but all-too-often undervalued, manager Ron. However, Jay soon realises you can only outrun your demons for so long. And he has more than his fair share of them. Baumbach delivers a pitch-perfect exploration of fame, fatherhood and the price of art.
