Introduction
Calling all young film lovers and dreamers. Join the Advocacy Academy for a thought-provoking journey through the futures we’ve seen and the ones we still need to imagine.
This special event explores how film and television have shaped our visions of tomorrow – from dystopias to utopias – and asks: What would a truly anti-oppressive, equitable future look like on screen? Through critical conversation and creative dreaming, we’ll examine the power of storytelling to envision justice, challenge dominant narratives and inspire transformative change.
Whether you’re a filmmaker, futurist or curious viewer, come ready to reimagine what’s possible.
In partnership with The Advocacy Academy.
