Introduction

A panel of filmmakers will explore a common but often unspoken topic: the inner critic. It’s the voice inside us that fuels self-doubt, imposter syndrome and fear of failure. Whether you’re a filmmaker, creative or someone facing personal or professional challenges, the inner critic can quietly undermine your confidence and keep you from pursuing your goals.

Through honest conversation we’ll explore how the panel have learned to manage self-doubt, build resilience and continue creating despite inner and outer pressures like age, background or expectations. Sharing personal insights into how they’ve worked through self-doubt and learned to quiet their inner critic, the panel will share mindset tools, personal strategies and lived experiences that helped them challenge perfectionism, navigate rejection and reconnect with their creative voice.
