Introduction

The romance between Mexican dancer Fernando and the wealthy US philanthropist who funds his dance school operates from a distance, but when he crosses the border and turns up announced at Jennifer’s luxury home, she soon realises that both want different things from the relationship. Franco’s forensic style expertly captures the dynamics of a closed world that will do anything to protect its privileges.
