Introduction
Following his deeply sensual Samsara, Patiño returns with a beguiling work of metafiction. Agustina Muñoz, playing herself, travels to the Azores to perform the role of Ariel with a local theatre company, yet every islander she meets seems to embody a Shakespearean character. Blurring the lines between reality and the imaginary, each frame is attuned to the magic of the invisible, staging a haunting interplay between life, performance and poetic imagination.
