Jimmy McCabe, a former youth boxing champion who has lost his way, turns to his childhood trainer to help him get back into the ring for one final fight. With a superb score by Paul Weller and featuring magnetic, uncompromising performances by its leads, Jawbone movingly details how a man’s battles outside the ring determine the success or failure of the fights fought within it.
The screening of Jawbone on Thursday 16 April will include a Q&A with actor and writer Johnny Harris.
