Terms and conditions
There are no exchanges or refunds of any kind for all customers. Tickets may not be resold for higher than 20% above the face value displayed, and any such action may result in cancellation of the original booking by the BFI. Maximum of 2 tickets per film per customer or 4 tickets per family film (max children per adult) until Mon 20 Sep. Maximum 1 ticket per film on BFI Player.
*£5 tickets: Aged 16-25? Book £5 tickets to in-person festival screenings (including Galas) by signing up to a free BFI 25 & Under account at Concessions: Seniors, unwaged, students, disabled visitors.
All BFI London Film Festival titles are for persons 15 and over unless they are in the family section or have received a lower BBFC certificate. Over 18 titles are indicated in the guide. Full details about age restrictions and trigger warnings can be found on the LFF venues page at the link below.
Late admittance is at the discretion of venue staff and you may be directed to alternative seating or not admitted at all.
Did you know that the BFI is a charity? Our Gift Aid tickets include an optional donation which supports the BFI’s restoration, education and cultural programmes. When you select a Gift Aid ticket, the BFI can claim Gift Aid on the full value of your ticket, making your donation go even further. Gift Aid tickets include a 10% donation.
