Introduction

Twenty-something Johan lives with his controlling mother on a remote crocodile farm. His life changes dramatically when he falls in love with the worldly and independent Arumi. Yet, like the mysterious white crocodile that is separated from the rest of the creatures, we begin to suspect that all is not as it first seemed. A candid and perplexing depiction of motherhood and love, this gripping drama vividly evokes experiences of both connection and alienation.
