Introduction

Shy Totsuko sees people as colours. She’s attracted to fellow pupil Kimi’s blue aura, but becomes confused when her crush unexpectedly leaves school. Her search for Kimi finds Totsuko joining an unlikely trio and their experiences soon teach them some valuable life lessons. Naoka Yamada (Liz and the Blue Bird, A Silent Voice) finds expressive ways to capture teen life, employing a rich and colourful palette that conveys the subtlety of each character’s emotional journey.
