Introduction

Ira Sachs follows Passengers with this beautiful recreation of a conversation between Linda Rosenkrantz and acclaimed photographer Peter Hujar, in the former’s New York apartment. Full of spontaneity and playfulness, Hujar recounts the previous 24 hours of his life, creating a snapshot of one of the most influential artists of the 1970s and 80s downtown New York art scene.
