Exploring their new neighbourhood, 10-year-old Chihiro and her parents unwittingly stumble into a magical spirit world. When the adults are transformed into pigs, Chihiro embarks on a perilous and surreal journey to save them. Along the way, she finds work at a spirit-cleansing bath house, explores an enchanted forest and encounters both a boy-dragon and two sibling witches. With a nod to Alice in Wonderland, Miyazaki’s film is a beloved, Oscar-winning masterpiece.
