Audio description (AD)

An audio description is a pre-recorded narration track that describes visual elements of the film. This is played through an audio headset that you can collect from the box office before the film starts.

Please make sure you return your headset to the box office after your film.

The screen doors usually open around 30 minutes before the film starts. If you need help finding, or getting to, the screen – our staff are always happy to help.

Induction loops

An induction loop is available at the box office and in our screen. However, the loop is not available during IMAX 15/70mm film performances, due to the format.

The screen

The UK’s biggest screen (20 x 26m) with 493 seats, this includes four wheelchair spaces. These are in row P at the back, accessible by lift from the ground floor.

We can increase the amount of wheelchair spaces we have if needed.
