Director Makoto Shinkai (Your Name, Weathering With You) is back with another astonishing adventure. Suzume’s journey begins in a quiet town when she encounters a young man ‘looking for a door’. Suzume finds a single weathered door, standing upright in the midst of ruins as though it was shielded from whatever catastrophe took place. Drawn by its power, she reaches for the knob and a cataclysm of events follows. Now, Suzume must close the portals she has opened to prevent further destruction.
