Other events are individually priced.

Concession prices are available to: students, senior citizens, unwaged and disabled visitors on proof of valid ID.

There are no exchanges or refunds of any kind for all customers.

Maximum of 2 tickets per film per customer until 24 February. BFI Members are exempt from booking fees.

All screenings marked 12+ are suitable for children aged 12+. Children under 15 are not permitted to attend any festival screenings unless the film has received a lower BBFC certificate or been indicated as suitable for family audiences.

The BFI reserves right to change the programme without notice – please check the website or contact the Box Office for the most up-to-date information.

£5 tickets for 16-25 year olds are available for customers with an active BFI 25 & Under account – subject to availability, terms apply.

 

Festival pass

Save money with a BFI Flare Festival pass for 10 feature films of your choice (excluding Opening and Closing Night Gala premieres). Passes are available by phone and in person – but please make sure you have chosen your films in advance. Subject to availability on individual films. Please note, we’re unable to exchange individual tickets into passes, as per our non-transferable and non-refundable ticket policy. Terms apply.

 

Access at the festival

We are committed to making BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival as welcoming, inclusive and accessible as possible for everyone.

We offer a number of accessible screenings and events, and will make reasonable efforts to meet any additional requirements within available resources. Accessibility options may be added to screenings at a later stage, including after tickets have gone on sale.

Formats

All films will be projected digitally unless otherwise stated in the description.

Subtitles

Films not in the English language will be screened with English subtitles. Details are listed on our Subtitles page and in the description in the brochure. Please note some films have scenes containing English dialogue without subtitles.

Filming and audio recording

Many of the events may be photographed, filmed or audio recorded by the festival. By entering festival venues, you are consenting to such filming or audio recording and its subsequent use by the BFI and trusted third parties. Please contact the venue manager if you have any concerns.

Anti-piracy policy

In the interest of the artists and creators, we take piracy very seriously and take any and all legal measures available.

Cameras are not permitted in festival screenings. Recording sound, taking pictures or filming during the screening is illegal and any person caught in the act of filming will be immediately expelled.

Unauthorised recording and streaming is prohibited on BFI Player. Advanced security measures, such as forensic and visible watermarking, are in place to prevent and track piracy.
