Perhaps more than any other male American director of his time, Altman explored women’s experiences and inner lives, in intimate, female-focused films like Images and 3 Women but also in large-scale works like Nashville, Short Cuts and Gosford Park. In this online panel discussion invited guests (to be confirmed) will use clips to examine Altman’s representation of women.
