Our regular philosophical screens event series, which explores cinema through a philosophical lens, returns this month with a focus on one of the key titles from our New French Extremity season: Catherine Breillat’s Romance. Join our regular film philosophers Lucy Bolton and Catherine Wheatley, as well as guest speaker Richard Rushton, to consider the film’s graphic exploration of sex and the body.
Free to ticketholders of Romance on Friday 6 May, otherwise £6.50 (must be booked in advance due to capacity).
