When Joachim Newman receives a call to come to the aid of his estranged father, he finds himself caught up in a tangled web of intrigue. As a devious widow, Zetterling has some terrific scenes with her partner in crime, played by Peter Cushing, but Baker steals the show as the angst-ridden son.
