With 170 hours of international TV to her name, Lynda La Plante is one of only three screenwriters to have been made an honorary fellow of the British Film Institute. The multi award-winning Prime Suspect remains one of the most influential TV detective series ever to have been produced. We’re pleased that La Plante joins us for this special event to discuss the whole Prime Suspect phenomenon with broadcaster Matthew Sweet, and the stars of Prime Suspect series 1, Zoë Wanamaker and John Bowe.

Joint ticket available with Prime Suspect: 30th Anniversary (First Series Complete Screening) £15, concs £12 (Members pay £2 less).

Lynda La Plante will be signing copies of Unholy Murder, and her brand new DC Jack Warr novel Judas Horse, after the discussion in the BFI Book Shop from 20:30 - 20:50 (face masks are to be worn at all times and requests for photos with Lynda will not be possible to enable the maximum number of signings).
