Every Tue from 14 Jan-18 Feb
18:30-20:30 Studio

Fellini, a writer and illustrator, never wanted to become a film director or thought he had the skills to do so. But when, in his words, he ‘fell’ into it, he worked hard but treated filmmaking as play: to construct his fantasies, dreams, memories and obsessions in an autobiographical cinema of artifice and illusion. Join Matilde Nardelli, Senior Lecturer (University of West London), for this five-week illustrated course that will consider Fellini’s recurrent themes and concerns, but also less familiar perspectives on his work.

Course Fee £90, Concs £75
