This is a rare screening of a Cuban TV documentary, capturing a deeply introspective Belafonte as he reflects on his life, interspersed with thrilling clips from a concert tour of the island. Although the quality of this screening material is poor, the radiance and charisma of Belafonte’s personality shine through.
