Expect rich exploration of its production history, its influence and reputation, as well as close analysis of key film scenes. Our special guest speakers will be Rose English, co-writer and art director of The Gold Diggers, writer and critic So Mayer (author of The Cinema of Sally Potter: A Politics of Love), writer and researcher Elinor Cleghorn, and Frances Morgan, contributing editor at The Wire. Film lecturer and programmer Helen de Witt will chair.
