Part supernatural mystery, part coming-of-age drama, Eve’s Bayou is a bewitching journey into a gothic world of secrets, lies, buried histories and mystic forces. At its centre is 10-year-old Eve, trying to make sense of a confusing and duplicitous adult world, even as she grapples with the burden of the strange powers she herself has inherited.
