Collection Focus: BFI Flare

This month, the library charts the history of LGBTQIA+ cinema.

The Collection Focus this month marks the arrival of BFI Flare. Through the power of books and journals, we chart the history of LGBTQIA+ cinema and its directors, writers and actors – from the early leaders of queer filmmaking to the current generation that is continuing to change the cinematic landscape. The library has curated a selection of fascinating material which will be on display for the whole of March. As always, we are open to everyone.
