Champion is a dedicated cyclist whose ambition to win the Tour de France competition is threatened when he is kidnapped by mobsters. But the criminals hadn’t anticipated Champion’s tenacious grandmother, Madame Souza, who teams up with elderly singing trio Triplets of Belleville, to ensure his release. Adventure and some beautifully observed comedy combine to make Belleville Rendez-vous a gleefully unique and rewarding animated tale.
Please note that this film is a 12A due to mild violence and nudity so is not suitable for younger children.
