A bourgeois couple discover how little they know about each other in this scabrously funny dark comedy – Vitti’s final film with director and co-star Alberto Sordi. She plays a neglected wife whose husband finds out what she really thinks by watching secretly filmed videos of her activities. However, the plot is merely a pretext for a showcase of the two actors sparring.
