Young Filmmakers Club

A Saturday Filmmaking Club for 12- to 16-year-olds.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to run the Filmmakers Clubs this term. We apologise for the inconvenience and any disappointment this may cause. We will be starting a new programme of filmmaking and workshops opportunities for families in September 2026.

Price per young person: £150 for all 6 sessions

This term, the Young Filmmakers will explore the art of the music video. Students will work together to create an original video inspired by the powerful relationship between music and moving image. With guidance from experienced educators, they will look at how filmmakers use rhythm, performance and visual style to bring a song to life. Throughout the workshop, students will experiment with a range of approaches, including narrative storytelling, performance-led pieces and more conceptual ideas, while developing, directing, acting, shooting and editing their projects.
