“Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less.”
- Marie Curie (1867-1934)

Marie-Curie happens to be the name of a central character in Frequencies, the opening feature in a three-film series exploring difference and the sensory effects the ambient sights and sounds of nature can have upon both body and mind.

Throughout the series sound is made tactile, something to be touched and felt, through expressive, multi-layered sound design and sonorous soundscapes humming with the low-bass frequencies and rhythmical droning of today’s hyper-stimulated world.
