A scientist is attempting to develop an elixir of youth when one of his laboratory chimpanzees escapes and creates a new mixture with hilarious consequences. Grant and Rogers are on superb comic form, with Monroe matching them as a scatterbrained secretary caught up in the antics. She particularly enjoys a sweet dynamic with Grant and sneaks in some of the film’s best lines.
Contains scenes of racism.
