When her father goes missing in New Orleans, a young woman hires drifter and former marine Chance Boudreaux to help her find him. Together, they uncover a cruel operation involving a wealthy group of men hunting homeless veterans for sport. Jean-Claude Van Damme, with his flamboyant and balletic fighting style, proved a fine match for Woo in his first Hollywood outing. The result is a showcase of spinning kicks and impressively fiery shootouts.
