Terms and conditions for returns queue wristbands holders

 

BFI Southbank - returns queue information

  • It is possible there will be a limited number of return tickets for Guillermo del Toro in Conversation (Friday 8 May 18:15), but we cannot guarantee this
  • Any tickets which do become available will only be available to purchase in person from the BFI Southbank on Friday 8 May
  • Tickets will be strictly limited to two per person
  • We will be issuing wristbands to those in the queue from 11am, so we do not advise people to come to BFI Southbank before that time as the building will be closed
  • The queue will begin at the BFI Southbank Main entrance on Theatre Avenue
  • It may be that the returns queue will be outside the building, so we would advise anyone wishing to queue to dress appropriately
  • The BFI Southbank cannot accommodate large bags or bulky items, so you would need to have stored these elsewhere to be admitted in the event you were successful
  • There will be no fan signing opportunities at BFI Southbank

Terms and conditions for returns queue wristband holders

  • There is no guarantee that we will have any returns tickets for this event
  • We will be issuing a maximum of 50 wristbands in total
  • This wristband means you are eligible for the returns queue for the 18:15 event
  • Please keep your wristband on you, as if you lose it we will re-issue the next available number
  • You cannot take a wristband on behalf of someone else. It is strictly one person per wristband
  • Please return to BFI Southbank by 16:30
  • Between 16:30 and 16:45 we will arrange the queue in order of number on the wristbands
  • If you arrive after 16:45 you will be asked to join the back of the queue no matter the number on your wristband
  • Tickets are strictly two per person if available
  • Depending on the length of the queue you may be asked to queue outside, so please dress appropriately
  • The BFI Southbank cannot accommodate large bags or bulky items, so you would need to have stored these elsewhere to be admitted in the event you were successful
