• You must have a valid BFI Membership to submit a ballot entry. If you do not have a valid membership your entry will not be counted.
  • One Member can request two tickets.
  • Duplicate requests will be consolidated to one request.
  • You can only join the ballot by filling out the form.
  • If you have specific access requirements, please specify these on the form.
  • Everyone who enters the ballot but is unsuccessful will automatically be rolled over to any subsequent ballots should the need arise.
  • The ballot opens noon Monday 30 March when our online booking form goes live.
  • The ballot closes at noon Thursday 9 April and no entries will be accepted past this point.
  • We will alert members if they have been successful on Friday 10 April.
  • Members must pay for ballot tickets by 7pm Tuesday 14 April.
  • Multiple entries will still only count as one entry.
