Tickets on sale from Tuesday 6 May 12:00 (BFI Patrons), Wednesday 7 May 12:00 (BFI Members) and on general sale Friday 9 May 12:00.

Our box office counter is open daily from 11:00am to 8:45pm (or 10 minutes after the last screening of the day).

BFI Gold pass
A BFI Gold pass will give you access to the very best of the festival, while providing a generous donation to help ensure Film on Film can stay at the heart of our programming.
Passes are £1,000. Benefits include guaranteed access to screenings, exclusive behind-the-scenes tours, and Gold lounge access, as well as your donation towards Film on Film.

Our tickets include an optional 10% donation which supports the charitable work we do, and also enables us to claim Gift Aid on the full value of your ticket. Thank you for supporting film forever.
Access tickets
To book or accessible tickets or ask any questions about access, please email [email protected] or call the box office number on 020 7960 2102. Lines open from 12pm to 7pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm to 6pm on Sundays. We welcome calls using text relay services.
Accessible screening tickets are available on a first come, first served basis and subject to BFI Membership priority booking periods.
A limited number of tickets have been set aside for customers with specific seating requirements, including wheelchair spaces, aisle seats for guests with restricted mobility, and seats with a clear view of the stage for lip reading or of the interpreter for BSL-interpreted screenings and events.
BFI Southbank accepts the CEA card, which entitles the holder to one free companion ticket. For further information please visit the CEA website.

Terms and conditions
Find full ticket terms at bfi.org.uk/terms. Other events are individually priced. Concession prices are available to: students, senior citizens, unwaged and disabled visitors on proof of valid ID. There are no exchanges or refunds of any kind for all customers. Maximum of 2 tickets per film per customer until 9 May. BFI Members are exempt from booking fees. All screenings marked 12+ are suitable for children aged 12+. Children under 15 are not permitted to attend any Festival screenings unless the film has received a lower BBFC certificate or been indicated as suitable for family audiences.

Festival passes. Subject to availability on individual films. Please note, we’re unable to exchange individual tickets into passes, as per our non-transferable and non-refundable ticket policy.
