Two best friends, with both feet in the criminal underworld, bounce from drug deal to club to murder and back again, as they navigate the emerging gaps in their morality. The y2k-music-video aesthetic was defined by Williams, who brings all his visual flair and bold instincts to his only feature. Starring two of hip-hop’s biggest names and oozing style, the film’s plot is mostly irrelevant when this world, and the people who populated it, looks so good.
